This Election Controls Your Rates
If you live or own property in SRP territory, you may be eligible to vote on April 7. Takes 30 seconds. We’ll send you reminders and instructions.
What is the SRP election?
The Salt River Project (SRP) is your electric utility, and its elected board makes decisions that affect your monthly bill, solar policies, and clean energy investments.
Many eligible voters don’t realize they can participate because SRP uses a unique voting system based on land ownership.
In the last election, fewer than 1% of eligible voters cast a ballot.
What’s at stakeWhy this election matters
Your monthly electricity rates
The SRP board sets what you pay. Recent rate hikes have cost families more per year.
Solar credits and net metering
Board policies determine whether rooftop solar makes financial sense for Arizona homeowners.
