What is a Neighbors Co-op?
Imagine walking into a solar company’s office with 20+ of your neighbors and saying, “We all want to get solar. What kind of deal can you give us?” That’s a solar co-op!
A Neighbors Co-op is a group of neighbors who team up to learn together and support each other throughout the process of installing solar on their home. It’s free to join, member-driven, and designed to make the process of installing residential solar easier and more affordable. Neighbors Co-ops are led by local community leaders and supported by Solar United Neighbors. Co-op members receive support before, during, and after installing solar and have access to SUN’s unbiased resources and expert staff.

Joining the Hamilton Crossing Neighbors Co-op is a great way to go solar with your neighbors and save money. Co-op members will be involved in decisions every step of the way. Members can get any size solar system installed, roof or ground mount systems, on or off grid systems, and batteries can be included as members like.
This group is open to anyone living in areas around Hamilton Crossing Park in Cartersville, GA. Co-op members must be customers of Georgia Power to participate.
