Viv Watts
Viv brings to SUN decades of experience as a nonprofit leader and strategist. She has helped to manage large and small organizations at many stages of change and growth and led development, outreach, and communications teams. Prior to joining SUN, Viv partnered with nonprofit leaders as a consultant to develop and implement strategy and build and scale up new organizations focused on democracy, electrification, and tax law reform, among other issues. Before launching her consulting work, Viv worked for many years at the Brennan Center for Justice, including as Managing Director where she helped oversee all aspects of the organization and supervised advocacy efforts in Washington, D.C. Viv started her career working on environmental campaigns with the Fund for Public Interest Research.
