Randy Miller
Randy Miller (incumbent) has been walking the walk since before most people were talking about it. He’s had solar on his roof since 2010, batteries in his home, and has been driving electric since 2012. He generates more energy than he uses every month and wants every SRP customer to have that same opportunity.
On rooftop solar: “Ratepayers should not be penalized by having egregious demand charges only for solar ratepayers.”
On virtual power plants: “SRP should promote the Virtual Power Plant program and help ratepayers reduce the load on the grid during peak hours.”
On SRP elections: Any residential SRP ratepayer should automatically receive a ballot. Property ownership shouldn’t be a requirement to vote.
