Lea Barclift is the Operations Coordinator at Solar United Neighbors. Lea has over nine years of experience as an educator, trainer, and administration/operations professional. She is well-versed in creating and improving people-centric processes, developing curriculums, facilitating, and managing day-to-day functions. She is passionate about navigating individual and group needs within diverse settings, fostering a welcoming and warm culture of growth, and ensuring program and organizational success. She is excited to utilize her skillset to support the work at Solar United Neighbors.
