Kimberly Thomas

Kimberly Thomas has dedicated her career in the fight for our democracy, health care, social justice and climate change reform. She is currently the Vice President of Finance & Operations at the New York Health Foundation. Prior to that she held various senior level roles at nonprofit organizations including the Brennan Center for Justice, Planned Parenthood, the Drug Policy Alliance, and PEN America. Her skills lie in conceptualizing and implementing a sustainable, transformation of operational in the nonprofit space. Earlier in her career, Kim worked in the corporate sector at PepsiCo, Dun & Bradstreet, and Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank) and ran her own children’s consignment franchise.

Kim also serves as an ad hoc member of the Board of Directors at Center for Justice & Accountability. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in management from Rutgers University.
