CO-OP The Upper Ohio Valley Solar Co-op is open to residents of West Virginia’s Northern Panhandle and bordering counties in Ohio and Pennsylvania. The Upper Ohio Valley Solar Co-op is a combined effort of the West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania programs of Solar United Neighbors. If you’re a resident of Ohio or Pennsylvania, please sign up on your state specific co-op page.
