Christopher Norrick
As an on-the-ground Indiana Program Associate, Christopher works closely with the Indiana and regional teams to advance solar around in the Hoosier state. A life-long Hoosier himself, Christopher is committed to using his passion for grassroots energy justice to help transform Indiana’s long history of burning coal into a cleaner and brighter future for all. He believes Indiana is long overdue to begin the clean energy transition and has some equitable catching up to do. He believes clean and affordable electricity is a basic human right. Organizing to fight for that right is imperative to our collective survival and happiness.
In his spare time, Christopher is on a quest to acquire as much knowledge as possible via hobbies. He credits the Boy Scout merit badge system for this personality quirk. Currently in the hobby rotation are bicycle riding, camping, playing strategic boardgames, brewing beer, making functional pottery fired using solar power, amateur radio, programming microcontrollers, CAD design, and 3D printing.
