Aimee Witteman currently serves as Chief Impact Officer at the Urban Land Institute, the oldest and largest multidisciplinary network of developers, architects, investors, and urban planners focused on transforming the built environment. She oversees ULI’s centers, initiatives, and advisory services dedicated to decarbonization, climate resilience, and housing affordability.

Aimee has extensive experience designing and leading clean energy grant-making programs for leading climate philanthropies, including senior program roles with the McKnight Foundation, Climate Imperative Foundation, the Energy Foundation, and Invest in Our Future. She previously served as an appointee in the Biden Administration at the Department of Energy and as Vice President of Policy and Investment at Rewiring America. She served as executive director for the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition, where she helped secure conservation and rural development programs in the 2008 Farm Bill.
