With over seven years of experience leading cross-sector initiatives, Chhimi is a collaborative leader passionate about driving grassroots policy and systems change for equitable outcomes. Chhimi specializes in project management, policy analysis, data evaluation, grant-writing, and community engagement, focusing on energy justice, food systems, environmental health, youth-led advocacy, environmental education, and clean energy workforce development.
Born and raised in Nepal and currently based in Massachusetts, Chhimi brings a global lens and deep commitment in advancing community-driven, justice-centered solutions to todayās most pressing environmental, economic and social challenges.
Besides work, Chhimi finds joy in puzzles, swimming, working out and photography.
