Jeriel Clark-Dyar

Jeriel organizes Solar United Neighbors’ policy and advocacy work in the West Region, supporting transformative state solar policies across Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Minnesota.
Before joining SUN, Jeriel served as an Organizing Director, where she led a team of organizers in grassroots campaigns focused on issues including clean energy, housing, and civic engagement. She has extensive experience in legislative advocacy, ballot initiatives, and community organizing, helping build coalitions that drive meaningful policy change. Prior to that, she managed a political consulting firm, working on campaigns including statewide ballot measures, congressional races, and voter engagement strategies.
Jeriel has called Grand Junction, Colorado home for over 20 years. She is passionate about supporting high school youth in civic engagement and education and lends her time outside of work to support youth programming. She also enjoys hiking, camping, paddle boarding, and exploring Colorado’s vast public lands with her family.
