Join for a virtual Solar 101 on Tuesday, October 29th at noon!

Optimize operating costs for your farm or rural small business through renewable energy and learn about solar and its benefits. We’ll take you through solar technology, economics, the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant program and other financing options, and more. You’ll also hear from the USDA Indiana Rural Development officer with more specifics about the REAP grant program. At the end of the presentation, we will watch a video about a REAP recipient who went solar with  help from Solar United Neighbors.

You’ll also learn about Solar United Neighbor’s ‘Ready, Set, Solar REAP for rural small businesses’ program. This program is free to join. Participants are *not* obligated to purchase a solar array or apply for a REAP grant.

• a free review of your roof & property to see if solar panels will work for you
• one-on-one support for all your questions about going solar
• assistance with contacting solar installers for bids, then reviewing the bids you’ve received.
